Joe M. Bailey
Joe M. Bailey, a Flatonia area resident for 27 years, grew up in Austin, graduated from Austin High School and earned both Bachelor of Science and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Texas. Active in the banking field for 32 years, he served as president or chairman of several Houston banks. Bailey currently serves as a consultant to several Houston and Central Texas banking and business organizations. He and his wife live in the Flatonia community.
